happy new year!

happy 2006 everyone! it's hard to believe that 2005 has come and gone. but...it has. here are some ernstberger family highlights:

1. 1 year-anniversary
2. went to visit family in ca,ky,tn and tx. got to visit disneyland too. also saw josh herndon get hitched in fla.
3. moved into "the oaks"
4. stacey spent the summer in oak ridge. not sure it was a "highlight" but definitely something memorable of the year.
5. passed my quals!
6. got dakota and gave him back up.
7. bought a house!
8. sold the mighty-whitey. i call that a big deal.
9. first christmas in new house.
10. stacey studies for her quals.

i'm up so late writing this cuz i just can't sleep. i've got to get up in 5.5 hours and i can't bat an eyelash. stacey is zonked out and i'm wide-eyed and bushy-tailed.

i finished the Bible tonight too. literally. i've read it cover to cover. i'm proud of that. what a good way to bring in the new year!
