dreams

so we were in my car near my parent's house. they were in the back seat, and carrie was driving. the "check engine" light comes on, but i think nothing of it, since that's not unusual in my car.... but then another light comes on. this one looks like a yellow fish. then i hear a clicking sound and the temperature gauge shoots up quickly, so i tell carrie to pull over.

we get the car to the ford dealership, which is evidently a pretty nice ford dealership. there is even a tour you can go on. so my dad wants to go on the tour, but we've already been on the tour, so i thought it would be kinda boring. he goes on the tour while the rest of us get the car checked out. the technician checks out the car and quickly spots the problem...jellyfish. there are jellyfish in the coolant. a small shark, too.

about this time, my dad comes up. he talked to another tech who is sure about what the problem is.... pork chops. the car needs new pork chops. but they won't be in for a few days. i'm not too concerned, because the lady at the sandwich counter tells me the pork chop guy is crazy and i shouldn't listen to anything he says.

the up side is that it's relatively inexpensive to get rid of the jellyfish, while the pork chop replacement would have been very expensive.
