question...if someone you haven't seen in 8 years has a private investigator program and looks up your last name in your old home town to get a forwarding address, then gets your social security number from the listed members of the old address, then uses the social to find all the places you've ever lived (and for how long) and then calls you from the phone number that the information yields...would you consider it a bit freaky?
