so we went to see caedmon's call at lee university in cleveland on friday night. it was a good show even though three of the band members weren't there. mandy mann opened and filled in for danielle. oddly enough, when the band said goodbye and left the stage, the audience left! andrew osenga came back out and sang one of his songs to the few people remaining. this was our fifth time to see them, and they have always come back to play a couple songs. but it was a good time, and the university was awesome.

it was raining here pretty hard yesterday, but we went out shopping yesterday morning anyway. there was some flooding near the target and there was at least one car stalled out after driving through the water. when we got home, the creek in front of our apartments was flooded. after seeing the suv sitting in the water up to its floorboards, we decided it wouldn't be a good idea to drive through it to get to the apartments. we parked at the apartments next door, up on the hill and walked down (through the creek water) to get to home. we passed a guy carrying a kayak.
